Colcoat R&D Center Co., Ltd., which has been responsible for research and development
within the Colcoat Group, was merged into Colcoat Co., Ltd. as of July 1, 2026.
With this integration, all research and development operations previously conducted by
Colcoat R&D Center Co., Ltd. has been transferred to the newly established
Research & Development Division of Colcoat Co., Ltd..
